Fast, Free, Dependable Delivery

*Important Information*

To ensure excellent service, delivery is available within a 30-mile radius of ZIP code 74115.
Orders beyond this range may still be accommodated with an additional mileage/service fee.

We deliver your machine the morning of your event and pick it up the following day. Delivery windows are determined by our route and will be communicated the week of your event.

Please Note:

  • Machines are heavy and top-heavy and cannot be delivered upstairs or over more than 1–2 steps (including landings).
  • Units are delivered on a cart and placed in their final position to ensure proper power supply and setup.
  • If moved after delivery, two people are required for safety.
  • Carts cannot roll over gravel, grass, or uneven surfaces. A smooth path is required, or we can bring the unit through the house if needed.

Power Requirements:

  • Each machine requires a dedicated 115V outlet (standard household plug).
  • We provide 12-gauge commercial extension cords if needed. Standard household cords will not work.

Additional Policies:

  • You are responsible for any damage incurred while the machine is in your possession.
  • Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance to receive a refund. Credit card processing fees will be deducted.
  • Cancellations within 72 hours will be subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
